Associations whose main purpose is to defend the interests of the beneficiaries of this chapter may bring a civil action based on non-compliance with the provisions of articles L. 5213-7 and L. 5213-9 to L. 5213-12, where such non-compliance causes definite harm to the collective interest they represent.

Les associations ayant pour objet principal la défense des intérêts des bénéficiaires du présent chapitre peuvent exercer une action civile fondée sur l’inobservation des dispositions des articles L. 5213-7 et L. 5213-9 à L. 5213-12, lorsque cette inobservation porte un préjudice certain à l’intérêt collectif qu’elles représentent.
