Fungible goods represented by a storage receipt may be replaced by goods of the same nature, kind and quality.

A storage receipt may be issued representing a batch of fungible goods to be taken from a larger batch.
The general shop operator may not use or dispose of goods represented by a storage receipt on his own account, except with the prior agreement of the owner of the goods.

The same goods may not be used or disposed of in the same way as goods represented by a storage receipt.
The same goods may not be the subject of the issue of a warehouse receipt and a storage receipt.

Les marchandises fongibles représentées par un reçu d’entreposage peuvent être remplacées par des marchandises de même nature, de même espèce et de même qualité.

Il peut être délivré un reçu d’entreposage représentant un lot de marchandises fongibles à prendre dans un lot plus important.

L’exploitant de magasin général ne peut utiliser ou disposer pour son propre compte des marchandises représentées par un reçu d’entreposage, sauf avec l’accord préalable de leur propriétaire.

Les mêmes marchandises ne peuvent faire l’objet de la délivrance d’un récépissé-warrant et d’un reçu d’entreposage.
