Where an intermunicipal development and planning charter has provided for the application of the procedures set out in articles L. 121-2 and L. 126-1 of the Code rural et de la pêche maritime, the representative of the State in the département implements them after consulting the communes concerned.

Lorsqu’une charte intercommunale de développement et d’aménagement a prévu pour certaines zones l’application des procédures prévues aux articles L. 121-2 et L. 126-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, le représentant de l’Etat dans le département met en oeuvre celles-ci après consultation des communes concernées.
