Article L523-2 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

If the protective attachment relates to a claim, the creditor, in possession of a writ of execution, may request payment. This request results in the immediate allocation of the seized claim up to the amount of the judgment and the sums for which the garnishee has acknowledged or been declared liable.

Si la saisie conservatoire porte sur une créance, le créancier, muni d’un titre exécutoire, peut en demander le paiement. Cette demande emporte attribution immédiate de la créance saisie jusqu’à concurrence du montant de la condamnation et des sommes dont le tiers saisi s’est reconnu ou a été déclaré débiteur.
