I.-Any person who places on the market products which, at the end of their manufacturing process, contain substances whose endocrine-disrupting properties the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail (French National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety) describes as known or suspected shall make available to the public electronically, in an open format that can be easily re-used and exploited by an automated processing system, for each of the products concerned, information enabling the presence of such substances in these products to be identified.
II.-For certain categories of products presenting a particular risk of exposure, the obligation laid down in I also applies to substances whose endocrine-disrupting properties are considered to be suspected by the French National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety.
III.- A decree in the Council of State sets out the procedures for applying this article.
