Subject to the provisions of article L. 531-2, it is prohibited for any person other than an investment service provider, a third country firm referred to in article L. 532-48 or a person referred to in article L. 532-18 or article L. 532-18-1 to provide investment services to third parties on a regular professional basis.

Article L531-10

Sous réserve des dispositions de l’article L. 531-2, il est interdit à toute personne autre qu’un prestataire de service d’investissement, qu’une entreprise de pays tiers mentionnée à l’article L. 532-48 ou qu’une personne mentionnée à l’article L. 532-18 ou à l’article L. 532-18-1 de fournir à des tiers des services d’investissement, à titre de profession habituelle.
