L’entretien personnel mené avec le demandeur d’asile, ainsi que les observations formulées, font l’objet d’une transcription versée au dossier de l’intéressé.
La transcription est communiquée, à leur demande, à l’intéressé ou à son avocat ou au représentant de l’association avant qu’une décision soit prise sur la demande.
Dans le cas où il est fait application de la procédure accélérée prévue aux articles L. 531-24, L. 531-26 ou L. 531-27, cette communication peut être faite lors de la notification de la décision.
