Article L5313-3 of the French Public Health Code

In order to carry out its duties, the Agency may ask the ministers and regional health agencies concerned to call upon their agents authorised to monitor the application of legislative and regulatory provisions designed to protect human health.

When they intervene at the Agency’s request, these agents shall act in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable to them and the good practices mentioned in Article L. 5313-1.

Article L5313-3

L’agence, afin de mener à bien ses missions, peut demander aux ministres et aux agences régionales de santé concernés de faire intervenir leurs agents habilités à contrôler l’application de dispositions législatives et réglementaires visant à préserver la santé humaine.

Lorsqu’ils interviennent à la demande de l’agence, ces agents agissent conformément aux lois et règlements qui leur sont applicables ainsi qu’aux bonnes pratiques mentionnées à l’article L. 5313-1.
