Article L532-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

In order to ensure the proper administration of justice and to enable applicants to present their explanations to the court, the president of the National Court of Asylum may provide for mobile hearings to be held at the seat of an administrative or judicial court, with the agreement of the president of the court concerned.

Afin d’assurer une bonne administration de la justice et de permettre aux requérants de présenter leurs explications à la cour, le président de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile peut prévoir la tenue d’audiences foraines au siège d’une juridiction administrative ou judiciaire, après accord du président de la juridiction concernée.
