In the premises, places, installations and vehicles to which they have access pursuant to article L. 1421-2, as well as in places open to the public, public health inspecting pharmacists and inspectors from regional health agencies who are pharmacists authorised and sworn in under the conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat are authorised to investigate and record breaches of the laws and regulations relating to the practice of pharmacy and medical biology, as well as the activities and products mentioned in article L. 5311-1, as well as the provisions of Title II of Book I of the Consumer Code when the offence relates to one of these products. To this end, they have the powers provided for in article L. 1421-3.
