Article L5421-4 of the French Labour Code

Replacement income ceases to be paid :

1° Recipients who have reached the age specified in article L. 161-17-2 of the Social Security Code and who can prove that they have completed the insurance period, defined in the second paragraph of article L. 351-1 of the Social Security Code, required for entitlement to a full-rate old-age pension;

2° Recipients reaching the age stipulated in 1° of article L. 351-8 of the same code;

3° Recipients receiving a pension awarded in application of articles L. 161-17-4, L. 351-1-1, L. 351-1-3 to L. 351-1-5 and II and III of articles L. 643-3 and L. 653-2 of the Social Security Code, articles L. 732-18-1 to L. 732-18-4 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code and the third and seventh paragraphs of I of article 41 of the Social Security Funding Act for 1999(no. 98-1194 of 23 December 1998).

Article L5421-4

Le revenu de remplacement cesse d’être versé :

1° Aux allocataires ayant atteint l’âge prévu à l’article L. 161-17-2 du code de la sécurité sociale justifiant de la durée d’assurance, définie au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 351-1 du code de la sécurité sociale, requise pour l’ouverture du droit à une pension de vieillesse à taux plein ;

2° Aux allocataires atteignant l’âge prévu au 1° de l’article L. 351-8 du même code ;

3° Aux allocataires bénéficiant d’une retraite attribuée en application des articles L. 161-17-4, L. 351-1-1, L. 351-1-3 à L. 351-1-5 et des II et III des articles L. 643-3 et L. 653-2 du code de la sécurité sociale, des articles L. 732-18-1 à L. 732-18-4 du code rural et de la pêche maritime et des troisième et septième alinéas du I de l’article 41 de la loi de financement de la sécurité sociale pour 1999 (n° 98-1194 du 23 décembre 1998).
