Article L5421-6-2 of the French Public Health Code

Any person involved in the manufacture, use, import, export or wholesale distribution of blood-derived medicinal products who fails to record the data required to monitor them pursuant to 14° of article L. 5121-20 is liable to two years’ imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 euros.

Le fait pour toute personne assurant la fabrication, l’exploitation, l’importation, l’exportation ou la distribution en gros de médicaments dérivés du sang de ne pas enregistrer les données permettant d’en assurer le suivi en application du 14° de l’article L. 5121-20 est puni de deux ans d’emprisonnement et de 150 000 euros d’amende.
