Article L5422-14 of the French Public Health Code

In the cases referred to in this chapter, the court may prohibit the sale and order the seizure and confiscation of the aforementioned medicines, products, objects and devices, as well as the seizure and destruction of documents and advertising objects relating to them or to the aforementioned methods.

Dans les cas mentionnés au présent chapitre, le tribunal peut interdire la vente et ordonner la saisie et la confiscation des médicaments, produits, objets et appareils susvisés, ainsi que la saisie et la destruction des documents et objets publicitaires les concernant ou concernant les méthodes susmentionnées.
