Article L5422-22 of the French Labour Code

To be approved, the agreements mentioned in article L. 5422-20 must have been negotiated and concluded at national and cross-industry level between representative employers’ and employees’ organisations at national and cross-industry level.

These agreements must comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force. They must also be compatible with the financial trajectory and, where applicable, the objectives for changes in the rules of the unemployment insurance scheme defined in the framework document referred to in article L. 5422-20-1.

Pour être agréés, les accords mentionnés à l’article L. 5422-20 doivent avoir été négociés et conclus sur le plan national et interprofessionnel entre organisations d’employeurs et de salariés représentatives au niveau national et interprofessionnel.

Ces accords doivent être conformes aux dispositions légales et réglementaires en vigueur. Ils doivent également être compatibles avec la trajectoire financière et, le cas échéant, les objectifs d’évolution des règles du régime d’assurance-chômage définis dans le document de cadrage mentionné à l’article L. 5422-20-1.
