Article L5422-24 of the French Labour Code

I.-The resources mentioned in articles L. 5422-9, L. 5422-11 and L. 5424-20 finance, for the portion defined by the agreement mentioned in article L. 5422-20 and which may not be less than 10% of the amount of the aforementioned resources, a global contribution paid to the “Operation and investment” section and to the “Intervention” section of the Pôle emploi budget, the distribution of which is decided annually by the Board of Directors of this institution.

II – For the application of I of this article, the assessment of employers’ contributions mentioned in 1° of article L. 5422-9 is understood to be before application of the exemptions and reductions applicable to these contributions.

Article L5422-24

I.-Les ressources mentionnées aux articles L. 5422-9, L. 5422-11 et L. 5424-20 financent, pour la part définie par la convention mentionnée à l’article L. 5422-20 et qui ne peut être inférieure à 10 % du montant des ressources précitées, une contribution globale versée à la section ” Fonctionnement et investissement ” et à la section ” Intervention ” du budget de Pôle emploi, dont la répartition est décidée annuellement par le conseil d’administration de cette institution.

II.-Pour l’application du I du présent article, l’appréciation des contributions des employeurs mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 5422-9 s’entend avant application des exonérations et réductions applicables à ces contributions.
