Article L5424-5-1 of the French Labour Code

Employers mentioned in 4° bis of article L. 5424-1 who have exercised the option mentioned in 2° of article L. 5424-2 shall pay, in addition to the contribution provided for in 1° of article L. 5422-9, for a limited period of time, a specific contribution based on the gross remuneration of their statutory and non-statutory employees up to a ceiling, under conditions set by decree.

Article L5424-5-1

Les employeurs mentionnés au 4° bis de l’article L. 5424-1 ayant eu recours à l’option mentionnée au 2° de l’article L. 5424-2 s’acquittent, en sus de la contribution prévue au 1° de l’article L. 5422-9, pour une durée limitée, d’une contribution spécifique assise sur la rémunération brute de leurs agents statutaires et non statutaires dans la limite d’un plafond, dans des conditions fixées par décret.
