Anyone found to be in possession of falsified raw materials for pharmaceutical use without a legitimate reason is liable to three years’ imprisonment and a fine of €75,000.
Where the falsified raw material for pharmaceutical use is dangerous to human or animal health, the penalties are increased to five years’ imprisonment and a fine of €375,000.
Sont punis de trois ans d’emprisonnement et de 75 000 € d’amende ceux qui, sans motif légitime, sont trouvés détenteurs de matières premières à usage pharmaceutique falsifiées.
