Article L5441-11 of the French Public Health Code

Natural persons guilty of the offences provided for in article L. 5441-8 are also liable to the following additional penalties:

1° Posting of the decision and its dissemination, under the conditions set out in article 131-35 of the French Penal Code;

2° Confiscation of the thing that was used or intended to be used to commit the offence or of the proceeds of the sale of this thing, under the conditions set out in article 131-21 of the same code;

3° The permanent closure, or closure for a maximum of five years, of the establishments of the company that were used to commit the offence, under the conditions set out in article 131-33 of the same code.

Article L5441-11

Les personnes physiques coupables des infractions prévues à l’article L. 5441-8 encourent également les peines complémentaires suivantes :

1° L’affichage de la décision prononcée et la diffusion de celle-ci, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-35 du code pénal ;

2° La confiscation de la chose qui a servi ou était destinée à commettre l’infraction ou du produit de la vente de cette chose, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-21 du même code ;

3° La fermeture définitive ou pour une durée de cinq ans au plus des établissements de l’entreprise ayant servi à commettre les faits incriminés, dans les conditions prévues à l’article 131-33 du même code.
