Participatory finance service providers may also provide, under the conditions set out in Article L. 547-5, services identical to those mentioned in point ii) of a) of paragraph 1 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of 7 October 2020 relating to participatory finance projects involving shares defined by decree.
Les prestataires de services de financement participatif peuvent également fournir, dans les conditions fixées à l’article L. 547-5, des services identiques à ceux mentionnés au point ii) du a) du paragraphe 1 de l’article 2 du règlement (UE) 2020/1503 du 7 octobre 2020 relatifs à des projets de financement participatif portant sur des parts sociales définies par décret.
