Article L547-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

A provider of equity crowdfunding services wishing to engage in the activity referred to in Article L. 547-4 shall submit an application to the Autorité des marchés financiers, either when applying for authorisation as a provider of equity crowdfunding services, or when applying for an extension of authorisation, or by means of a separate application. The latter shall be processed in accordance with paragraphs 4 to 11 of Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of 7 October 2020 as specified in Article L. 547-1.

Article L547-6

Le prestataire de services de financement participatif souhaitant exercer l’activité mentionnée à l’article L. 547-4 en fait la demande à l’Autorité des marchés financiers, soit lors de sa demande d’agrément de prestataire de services de financement participatif, soit à l’occasion d’une demande d’extension d’agrément ou par une demande distincte. Cette dernière est traitée conformément aux paragraphes 4 à 11 de l’article 12 du règlement (UE) 2020/1503 du 7 octobre 2020 tel que précisé à l’article L. 547-1.
