Article L5541-1 of the French Public Health Code

I of Article L. 5134-1 is applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia.

The first paragraph of Article L. 5134-1 is applicable in French Polynesia as amended by Law No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016 and in New Caledonia as amended by Law No. 2001-588 of 4 July 2001.

For its application in French Polynesia, in the third paragraph of I of Article L. 5134-1, the words: “by decree” are replaced by the words: “by the regulations in force locally” and the words: “, in particular by referring the pupil to a family planning or education centre” are deleted.

Le I de l’article L. 5134-1 est applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française.

Le I de l’article L. 5134-1 est applicable en Polynésie française dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2016-41 du 26 janvier 2016 et en Nouvelle-Calédonie dans sa rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2001-588 du 4 juillet 2001.

Pour son application en Polynésie française, au troisième alinéa du I de l’article L. 5134-1, les mots : “ par décret ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ par la réglementation en vigueur localement ” et les mots : “, notamment en orientant l’élève vers un centre de planification ou d’éducation familiale ” sont supprimés.
