Article L5542-2 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in the second paragraph, the provisions of Article L. 5124-13 are applicable in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Order No. 2018-20 of 17 January 2018.

The application of this article is limited to military healthcare professionals accompanying foreign nationals in New Caledonia and French Polynesia under the conditions provided for in Article L. 4061-6 and who personally transport a medicinal product or who import a medicinal product by another means, for whom the authorisation referred to in the same Article L. 5124-13 is not required.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au second alinéa, les dispositions de l’article L. 5124-13 sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2018-20 du 17 janvier 2018.

L’application de cet article est limitée au professionnel de santé militaire accompagnant des ressortissants étrangers en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4061-6 et qui transporte personnellement un médicament ou qui procède à l’importation d’un médicament par une autre voie, pour qui l’autorisation mentionnée à ce même article L. 5124-13 n’est pas requise.
