The President of the Court, on his own initiative or at the request of the Public Prosecutor or any person demonstrating an interest, may enjoin, if necessary subject to a fine, any company or legal entity mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 561-46 to declare or have declared the information relating to the beneficial owner, or to rectify this information where it is inaccurate or incomplete. If the person fails to comply with the injunction issued by the President, the Registrar shall notify the Public Prosecutor and send him a copy of the decision.
Under the same conditions, the President may appoint an agent to carry out these formalities. If the company or legal entity referred to in the previous paragraph has appointed an auditor, the agent may obtain all necessary information from the auditor.
