The prohibition measures taken pursuant to this chapter apply to any person who is a co-owner of the funds and to any person who holds a joint account where the other account holder is an owner, bare owner or usufructuary as referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 565-2.
These measures may be invoked against any creditor or any third party who may claim rights over the funds in question, even if the origin of these claims or other rights predates the publication of the order.
The measures mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 565-2 apply to movements or transfers of funds for which the execution order was issued prior to the date of publication of the prohibition order.
