Any person who promotes an online investment offer in breach of any of the prohibitions set out in Articles L. 572-23, L. 572-24, L. 572-27, L. 573-1, L. 573-7, L. 573-8, L. 573-9, L. 573-12 and L. 573-15 shall be liable to one year’s imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 euros.
