Article L572-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreign national who is the subject of a transfer decision referred to in article L. 572-1 may, under the conditions and within the time limits laid down in this section, apply to the president of the administrative court to have it annulled.
The provisions of this section are applicable to the judgment of the decision on house arrest issued pursuant to article L. 751-2 and challenged pursuant to article L. 732-8.

Article L572-4

L’étranger qui fait l’objet d’une décision de transfert mentionnée à l’article L. 572-1 peut, dans les conditions et délais prévus à la présente section, en demander l’annulation au président du tribunal administratif.
Les dispositions de la présente section sont applicables au jugement de la décision d’assignation à résidence édictée en application de l’article L. 751-2 et contestée en application de l’article L. 732-8.
