Article L572-5 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Where the transfer decision is notified without the foreign national being placed under house arrest or in detention, the matter may be referred to the president of the administrative court within fifteen days of notification of the decision.
No other appeal may be lodged against the transfer decision.
A decision shall be taken within fifteen days of the matter being referred to the president of the administrative court, in accordance with the conditions laid down in article L. 614-5.
However, if during the proceedings the foreign national is placed under house arrest pursuant to article L. 751-2, or placed in detention pursuant to article L. 751-9, article L. 572-6 shall be applied.

Article L572-5

Lorsque la décision de transfert est notifiée sans assignation à résidence ou placement en rétention de l’étranger, le président du tribunal administratif peut être saisi dans le délai de quinze jours suivant la notification de la décision.
Aucun autre recours ne peut être introduit contre la décision de transfert.
Il est statué dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de la saisine du président du tribunal administratif, selon les conditions prévues à l’article L. 614-5.
Toutefois, si en cours d’instance l’étranger est assigné à résidence en application de l’article L. 751-2, ou placé en rétention en application de l’article L. 751-9, il est fait application de l’article L. 572-6.
