Article L5722-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

A syndicat mixte benefiting from a transfer of competence provided for in article L. 1425-1 and constituted pursuant to article L. 5721-2 may receive assistance funds from legal entities governed by public law that are members of it, for the establishment of an electronic communications network under the conditions provided for in Article L. 1425-1, for a maximum period of thirty years from the promulgation of the loi n° 2015-991 du 7 août 2015 portant nouvelle organisation territoriale de la République, after agreement by the union committee and the deliberative bodies of the legal entities concerned.

The total amount of assistance funds paid may not exceed the amount of the investments to be made, after deduction of self-financing and subsidies received.

Article L5722-11

Un syndicat mixte bénéficiant d’un transfert de compétence prévu à l’article L. 1425-1 et constitué en application de l’article L. 5721-2 peut recevoir des personnes morales de droit public qui en sont membres, pour l’établissement d’un réseau de communications électroniques dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 1425-1, des fonds de concours pendant une durée maximale de trente ans à compter de la promulgation de la loi n° 2015-991 du 7 août 2015 portant nouvelle organisation territoriale de la République, après accord du comité syndical et des organes délibérants des personnes morales concernées.

Le montant total des fonds de concours versés ne peut excéder le montant des investissements à réaliser, déduction faite de l’autofinancement et des subventions perçues.
