Article L591-4 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in Mayotte:
1° 1° of Article L. 552-1 shall not apply;
2° Article L. 553-1 shall read as follows:

“Art. L. 553-1.-Asylum seekers whose application is registered in Mayotte may benefit from accommodation in a structure mentioned in 2° of Article L. 552-1 and material assistance. “;

3° Articles L. 553-2 and L. 553-3 are not applicable.

Pour l’application du présent livre à Mayotte :
1° Le 1° de l’article L. 552-1 n’est pas applicable ;
2° L’article L. 553-1 est ainsi rédigé :

” Art. L. 553-1.-Le demandeur d’asile dont la demande est enregistrée à Mayotte peut bénéficier d’un hébergement dans une structure mentionnée au 2° de l’article L. 552-1 et des aides matérielles. ” ;

3° Les articles L. 553-2 et L. 553-3 ne sont pas applicables.
