When the congress of departmental and regional elected representatives and mayors meets, articles L. 3123-1 to L. 3123-6 , L. 4135-1 to L. 4135-6 and L. 2123-1 to L. 2123-8 apply respectively to general councillors, regional councillors and mayors or, where applicable, their replacements pursuant to the first paragraph of Article L. 5911-1.
