For the application of this article, the judicial court shall have jurisdiction and its president shall exercise the same powers as those conferred on the president of the commercial court.
By way of exception, where the natural person or legal entity concerned practises the profession of lawyer, court-appointed administrator, court-appointed agent or public or ministerial officer, the president of the judicial court shall only proceed to inform the professional body or competent authority to which the professional person is subject of any difficulties brought to its attention relating to the economic, social, financial and asset situation of the professional person.
