Article L611-7 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The regulations of the Comité de la Réglementation Bancaire et Financière in force prior to the Financial Security Act no. 2003-706 of 1 August 2003 may be amended or repealed by order of the Minister for the Economy issued under the conditions set out in article L. 611-1.

Les règlements du Comité de la réglementation bancaire et financière en vigueur antérieurement à la loi n° 2003-706 du 1er août 2003 de sécurité financière peuvent être modifiés ou abrogés par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie pris dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 611-1.
