Article L6113-9 of the French Labour Code

Individuals who belong to the promotions taken into account as part of the examination procedure for registration in the national register of professional qualifications, as well as those who belong to the current promotion and have obtained the qualification, may take advantage of the registration of this qualification in the national register of professional qualifications.

Persons whose application has been declared admissible for a process of validation of acquired experience or persons following a training course aimed at acquiring a professional certification which is valid at the time of their entry into the training course may, after obtaining the certification, take advantage of the registration of this certification in the national register of professional certifications.

Les personnes qui appartiennent aux promotions prises en compte dans le cadre de la procédure d’instruction pour enregistrement dans le répertoire national des certifications professionnelles ainsi que celles qui appartiennent à la promotion en cours et ayant obtenu la certification peuvent se prévaloir de l’inscription de cette certification dans le répertoire national des certifications professionnelles.

Les personnes dont la candidature a été déclarée recevable à une démarche de validation des acquis de l’expérience ou les personnes suivant une formation visant à l’acquisition d’une certification professionnelle en cours de validité au moment de leur entrée en formation peuvent, après obtention de la certification, se prévaloir de l’inscription de celle-ci dans le répertoire national des certifications professionnelles.
