Article L6122-3 of the French Labour Code

In order to facilitate access to the functions of company manager in the trades sector and to ensure the further training and professional qualification of company managers in this sector and their employees, the State contributes, under the conditions laid down in this Title, to the financing of the training courses intended for them.

In addition, the State may participate in the financing of the training insurance funds for non-salaried workers provided for in article L. 6332-9 created for this professional sector.

Article L6122-3

Afin de faciliter l’accès aux fonctions de chef d’entreprise du secteur des métiers et d’assurer le perfectionnement et la qualification professionnelle des chefs d’entreprise de ce secteur et de leurs salariés, l’Etat concourt, dans les conditions fixées au présent titre, au financement des stages qui leur sont destinés.

En outre, l’Etat peut participer au financement des fonds d’assurance-formation de non-salariés prévus à l’article L. 6332-9 créés pour ce secteur professionnel.
