Article L613-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Decisions relating to the refusal and end of the period of voluntary departure provided for in Articles L. 612-2 and L. 612-5 and decisions relating to the prohibition of return and the extension of the prohibition of return provided for in Articles L. 612-6, L. 612-7, L. 612-8 and L. 612-11 are distinct from the decision relating to the obligation to leave French territory. Reasons must be given.
