Article L613-31-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The obligations to publicise abroad the measures referred to in Article L. 613-31-3, to inform creditors and to notify other interested public authorities of these measures are met pursuant to Article L. 613-59-2 when they result from the adoption of a resolution measure.

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine, as necessary, the terms and conditions for the application of this sub-section and in particular those relating to the publication abroad of the measures referred to in Article L. 613-31-3, as well as the information sent to creditors in other cases.

Les obligations de publicité à l’étranger des mesures mentionnées à l’article L. 613-31-3, d’information des créanciers et de notification de ces mesures à d’autres autorités publiques intéressées sont satisfaites en application de l’article L. 613-59-2 lorsqu’elles résultent de l’adoption d’une mesure de résolution.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat fixe, en tant que de besoin, les modalités d’application de la présente sous-section et notamment celles relatives à la publicité à l’étranger des mesures mentionnées à l’article L. 613-31-3, ainsi que les informations adressées aux créanciers dans les autres cas.
