Subject to the provisions of Articles L. 613-31-5 and L. 613-31-6 :
1° Reorganisation and winding-up measures decided by the competent authorities of a Member State other than France in respect of a credit institution or investment firm having its registered office in the territory of that State shall be fully effective in mainland France, the overseas departments and the Department of Mayotte and Saint-Martin without any further formality, including with regard to third parties, as soon as they are effective in that State. The same applies when these measures are taken in respect of a branch of a credit institution mentioned in I of Article L. 511-10 or in respect of a person mentioned in 3° to 6° of I of Article L. 613-34 under Section 4 of this chapter;
2° When they are taken by the competent French public authority with regard to a credit institution or investment firm authorised in France, a person mentioned in 3° to 6° of the I of Article L. 613-34 established in France, including a branch in France of a credit institution mentioned in the I of Article L. 511-10, these measures produce all their effects on the territory of the other Member States, including with regard to third parties located in other Member States.
