Article L6132-4 of the French Public Health Code

The certification of health care institutions provided for in article L. 6113-3 is carried out jointly for public health care institutions belonging to the same grouping and for army hospitals associated with the grouping. However, the assessment referred to in article L. 6113-3 is published separately for each establishment in the regional hospital grouping and for each army hospital associated with the grouping.

La certification des établissements de santé prévue à l’article L. 6113-3 est conjointe pour les établissements publics de santé parties à un même groupement et pour les hôpitaux des armées associés au groupement. Toutefois l’appréciation mentionnée à l’article L. 6113-3 fait l’objet d’une publication séparée pour chaque établissement du groupement hospitalier de territoire et pour chaque hôpital des armées associé au groupement.
