Article L614-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A foreign national who is the subject of a decision imposing an obligation to leave French territory may, under the conditions and within the time limits laid down in this chapter, apply to the administrative court to have this decision annulled, as well as the decision relating to residence, the decision relating to the deadline for voluntary departure and the decision prohibiting return to French territory which may accompany it.
The provisions of this chapter are applicable to the judgment of the decision fixing the country of return challenged pursuant to article L. 721-5 and the decision on house arrest challenged pursuant to article L. 732-8.

Article L614-1

L’étranger qui fait l’objet d’une décision portant obligation de quitter le territoire français peut, dans les conditions et délais prévus au présent chapitre, demander au tribunal administratif l’annulation de cette décision, ainsi que l’annulation de la décision relative au séjour, de la décision relative au délai de départ volontaire et de la décision d’interdiction de retour sur le territoire français qui l’accompagnent le cas échéant.
Les dispositions du présent chapitre sont applicables au jugement de la décision fixant le pays de renvoi contestée en application de l’article L. 721-5 et de la décision d’assignation à résidence contestée en application de l’article L. 732-8.
