Article L614-19 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The annulment of the decision relating to residence entails the repeal of the decision imposing an obligation to leave French territory and any accompanying decision imposing a return ban, including where the appeal against these has been rejected in accordance with the procedure laid down in Articles L. 614-7 to L. 614-13.

L’annulation de la décision relative au séjour emporte abrogation de la décision portant obligation de quitter le territoire français et de la décision d’interdiction de retour qui l’accompagne le cas échéant, y compris lorsque le recours dirigé contre celles-ci a été rejeté selon la procédure prévue aux articles L. 614-7 à L. 614-13.
