Article L614-23 of the French Intellectual Property Code

A decree in Council of State shall determine the manner in which the provisions of this Section shall be applied, in particular as regards the conditions of receipt of the international application, the language in which the application must be filed, the establishment of a fee for services rendered known as the transmittal fee collected for the benefit of the National Institute of Industrial Property and the representation of applicants having their domicile or registered office abroad.

Article L614-23

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’application des dispositions de la présente section, en ce qui concerne notamment les conditions de réception de la demande internationale, la langue dans laquelle la demande doit être déposée, l’établissement d’une redevance pour services rendus dite taxe de transmission perçue au bénéfice de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle et la représentation des déposants ayant leur domicile ou leur siège à l’étranger.
