The social project defines the general objectives of the establishment’s social policy and the measures to achieve these objectives. In particular, it covers training, internal dialogue within the divisions, including the right of staff to express their views and to have these taken into account, improving working conditions, forward-looking management of jobs and qualifications and the promotion of professional achievements.
A specific section devoted to the quality of life at work for medical and non-medical staff and health students is included in the social project defined by each establishment.
The social project is negotiated by the director and the trade unions represented on the establishment’s social committee.
Each year, the establishment’s social committee is responsible for monitoring the application of the social project and drawing up a report at the end of the project.
