The establishment’s governance and participative management project defines the strategic guidelines for the management of medical, paramedical, administrative, technical and logistical staff and teams, with a view to steering, leading and motivating them to collectively achieve the objectives of the establishment’s project. It sets out the procedures for appointing hospital managers. It takes into account the individual and collective needs and expectations of staff in their professional environment, in particular those with disabilities, in line with the social project mentioned in article L. 6143-2-1. It includes a specific section relating to the support and monitoring of health students. It also covers the mandatory management training programmes for medical and non-medical staff appointed to positions of responsibility. Lastly, it includes measures to raise awareness of gender equality issues and measures to prevent psychosocial risks to which nursing, medical and paramedical staff may be specifically exposed.
