Article L6145-10 of the French Public Health Code

When, as a result of a change in circumstances, the performance of the conditions and obligations attached to a donation or legacy made to a public health institution becomes either extremely difficult or seriously damaging, the revision of these conditions and obligations may be authorised by order of the representative of the State in the department if the author of the donation or his successors accept the measures envisaged; in other cases, the revision is authorised under the conditions set out in articles 900-2 to 900-8 of the Civil Code.

Article L6145-10

Lorsque, par suite d’un changement de circonstances, l’exécution des conditions et charges grevant une donation ou un legs fait à un établissement public de santé devient soit extrêmement difficile, soit sérieusement dommageable, la révision de ces conditions et charges peut être autorisée par arrêté du représentant de l’Etat dans le département si l’auteur de la libéralité ou ses ayants droit acceptent les mesures envisagées ; dans les autres cas, la révision est autorisée dans les conditions prévues aux articles 900-2 à 900-8 du code civil.
