Article L6145-8-2 of the French Public Health Code

The public health institutions and health cooperation groups mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6133-5 of this code may entrust an agent with the execution of their expenditure or revenue in accordance with the procedures defined in articles L. 1611-7 and L. 1611-7-1 respectively of the General Local Authorities Code.

In addition to the revenue mentioned in 1°, 2° and 3° of article L. 1611-7-1 of the same code, public health establishments and health cooperation groupings mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6133-5 of this code may entrust a public or private body with the collection of revenue relating to donations, sponsorship and income from a participative financing project for the benefit of the public hospital service.

Les établissements publics de santé et les groupements de coopération sanitaire mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6133-5 du présent code peuvent confier à un mandataire l’exécution de leurs dépenses ou de leurs recettes selon les modalités définies respectivement aux articles L. 1611-7 et L. 1611-7-1 du code général des collectivités territoriales.

En plus des recettes mentionnées aux 1°, 2° et 3° de l’article L. 1611-7-1 du même code, les établissements publics de santé et les groupements de coopération sanitaire mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 6133-5 du présent code peuvent confier à un organisme public ou privé l’encaissement des recettes relatives aux dons, au mécénat et aux revenus tirés d’un projet de financement participatif au profit du service public hospitalier.
