Article L615-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Articles L. 614-7 to L. 614-13 are applicable to the challenge of the decision provided for in article L. 615-1 when the foreign national who is the subject of it is under house arrest pursuant to article L. 731-1 or placed or held in detention pursuant to Title IV of Book VII.

Les articles L. 614-7 à L. 614-13 sont applicables à la contestation de la décision prévue à l’article L. 615-1 lorsque l’étranger qui en fait l’objet est assigné à résidence en application de l’article L. 731-1 ou placé ou maintenu en rétention en application du titre IV du livre VII.
