Article L6154-6 of the French Public Health Code

The director of the establishment to which the practitioner is assigned or the chairmen of the local commissions for self-employed activity referred to in article L. 6154-5 shall bring to the attention of the director general of the regional health agency any failure by a practitioner to comply with the obligations incumbent upon him by virtue of the laws and regulations or the stipulations of the contract he has entered into pursuant to article L. 6154-4.

Where a practitioner fails to meet these obligations, the authorisation referred to in article L. 6154-4 may be suspended or withdrawn by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, after consulting the regional commission referred to in article L. 6154-5-1.

Article L6154-6

Le directeur de l’établissement d’affectation du praticien ou les présidents des commissions locales de l’activité libérale mentionnées à l’article L. 6154-5 portent à la connaissance du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé tout manquement d’un praticien aux obligations qui lui incombent en vertu des lois et règlements ou des stipulations du contrat qu’il a conclu en application de l’article L. 6154-4.

Lorsqu’un praticien méconnaît ces obligations, l’autorisation mentionnée à l’article L. 6154-4 peut être suspendue ou retirée par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, après avis de la commission régionale mentionnée à l’article L. 6154-5-1.
