Article L6161-7 of the French Public Health Code

In order to implement the agreements they have concluded with a hospital and university centre in application of article L. 6142-5, private health establishments of collective interest may, by way of derogation from articles L. 1242-1, L. 1242-2, L. 1242-7, L. 1242-8, L. 1242-8-1, L. 1243-13 and L. 1243-13-1 of the French Labour Code, recruit practitioners under fixed-term contracts for a maximum of four years, including renewals.

Pour la mise en œuvre des conventions qu’ils concluent avec un centre hospitalier et universitaire en application de l’article L. 6142-5, les établissements de santé privés d’intérêt collectif peuvent, par dérogation aux articles L. 1242-1, L. 1242-2, L. 1242-7, L. 1242-8, L. 1242-8-1, L. 1243-13 et L. 1243-13-1 du code du travail, recruter des praticiens par contrat à durée déterminée pour une durée maximale de quatre ans, renouvellements compris.
