Article L6162-11 of the French Public Health Code

The multiannual contract of objectives and resources mentioned in 1° of article L. 6162-9 is enforceable as soon as it has been signed by all the parties.

The 2° bis and the penultimate paragraph of article L. 6143-4 are applicable to the 3° of the same article L. 6162-9.

The deliberations mentioned in 5° to 9° of the said article L. 6162-9 are subject to the last paragraph of article L. 6143-4.

Le contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens mentionné au 1° de l’article L. 6162-9 est exécutoire dès sa signature par l’ensemble des parties.

Le 2° bis et l’avant-dernier alinéa de l’article L. 6143-4 sont applicables au 3° du même article L. 6162-9.

Les délibérations mentionnées aux 5° à 9° dudit article L. 6162-9 sont soumises au dernier alinéa de l’article L. 6143-4.
