Sociétés coopératives hospitalières de médecins may allow non-member third parties to benefit from their services or to participate in carrying out operations within the scope of their objects. This option must be mentioned in the articles of association.

This choice of non-member third parties will be made on a complementary basis and in the economic interest of the cooperative and its members.

Transactions carried out with non-member third parties are subject to separate accounting. They may not exceed 20% of the cooperative’s total annual turnover. If the accounts show that this proportion has been exceeded, the company has one year to rectify the situation.

Les sociétés coopératives hospitalières de médecins peuvent admettre des tiers non associés à bénéficier de leurs services ou à participer à la réalisation des opérations entrant dans leur objet. Cette faculté doit être mentionnée dans les statuts.

Ce choix de tiers non associés s’effectuera à titre complémentaire et dans l’intérêt économique de la coopérative et de ses associés.

Les opérations réalisées avec des tiers non associés font l’objet d’une comptabilité séparée. Elles ne peuvent excéder 20 % du chiffre d’affaires total annuel de la coopérative. Si les comptes font apparaître un dépassement de cette proportion, la société dispose d’un délai d’un an pour régulariser la situation.
